• June 15

9:51 a.m. - An assault was reported at Sequim Middle School, 301 W. Hendrickson Road.

8:04 p.m. - Attempted theft of prescription drugs was reported on the 400 block of West Washington Street.

• June 16

4:50 p.m. - Trespassing was reported at Sequim High School, 601 N. Sequim Ave.

• June 17

12:15 a.m. - An attempted burglary was reported near the 100 block of Juniper Mobile Estates.

2:03 p.m. - An assault was reported at the Boys & Girls Club, 400 W. Fir St.

• June 18

3:32 p.m. - Theft of a white Pomeranian dog was reported on the 100 block of West Bell Street.

3:57 p.m. - Vandalism to a vehicle was reported near the 100 block of Jesslyn Lane.

• June 20

1:47 p.m. - A vehicle reportedly was broken into on the 1200 block of West Washington Street.

• June 15

10:22 a.m. - Mail fraud and possible identity theft were reported on the 100 block of Barnes Road.

12:55 p.m. - Credit card fraud was reported on the 300 block of South Eldridge Road.

2:15 p.m. - Littering (dumping of a refrigerator and stove) was reported on the 200 block of East Sequim Bay Road.

4:36 p.m. - A vehicle hit-and-run was reported on the 261000 block of U.S. Highway 101.

• June 17

10:06 a.m. - Cut brakes to a vehicle was reported on the 200 block of McDonald Creek Road.

10:54 p.m. - Theft of fire extinguishers was reported at the District 3 fire station in Carlsborg, 20 Carlsborg Road.

• June 18

8:37 a.m. - A vehicle reportedly was broken into on the 100 block of Todd Road.

10:13 a.m. - A vehicle reportedly was broken into on the 100 block of Hilltop Drive.

10:43 a.m. - Credit card fraud was reported on the 600 block of West Washington Street.

12:43 p.m. - An outboard motor reportedly was stolen on the 500 block of River Road.

1:02 p.m. - An assault was reported on the 100 block of West Street.

1:05 p.m. - Vehicles reportedly were broken into - and change stolen from them - on the 200 block of Alpine View Lane.

1:08 p.m. - A burglary was reported on the 900 block of Lemmon Road.

11:51 a.m. - An assault was reported on the 400 block of Macleay Road.

12:57 p.m. - Theft of an antique lamp fixture was reported on the 400 block of Reservoir Road.

2:55 p.m. - A vehicle reportedly was broken into on the 255000 block of U.S. Highway 101.

• June 21

12:41 p.m. - The caller reported trespassing on the 200 block of North Emerald Forest Lane.

2:22 p.m. - A car window reportedly was smashed in on the 400 block of Wilcox Lane.

4:08 p.m. - An assault was reported on the 300 block of Heuhslein Road.

9:05 p.m. - A death threat was reported on the 200 block of Barnes Road.
