Methodists plan Easter block party
Children and their families are invited to First United Methodist Church of Port Angeles' fourth annual Easter Block Party from 1-3:30 p.m. Saturday, April 11.
The party features a variety of craft activities.
Easter egg hunts for children 11 years and younger will be held at 1:30, 2, 2:30 and 3 p.m. The egg hunts will emphasize cooperation rather than competition.
Community members also are invited to Easter Sunday worship services at 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. A continental breakfast will be served between the two services.
First United Methodist Church is at 110 E. Seventh St., Port Angeles. Call 452-8971.
Easter service
All are welcome to an ecumenical Easter Service at 11 a.m. April 12 at Wheeler Theater at Fort Worden, 200 Battery Way, Port Townsend.
Children's church will include an Easter egg hunt.
