Dec. 29, 2:51 p.m. - Mail reportedly was stolen from a mailbox near the 100 block of South Rhodefer Road.

Dec. 29, 6:07 p.m. - Theft and forging of checks was reported near the 100 block of South Rhodefer Road.

Dec. 29, 7:44 p.m. - A house and vehicle reportedly were egged on the 800 block of East Washington Place.

Dec. 31, 8:29 a.m. - A large explosion was reported on the 900 block of West Washington Street.

Dec. 31, 1:14 p.m. - A suspicious-looking man reportedly went into a home on the 800 block of East Alder Street and carried items outside.

Dec. 31, 2:04 p.m. - Theft of a wallet was reported on the 600 block of North Sequim Avenue.

Jan. 1, 1:48 a.m. - A bar fight involving several people was reported on the 700 block of West Washington Street.

Jan. 1, 11:52 a.m. - A burglar reportedly entered St. Luke's Episcopal Church at 525 N. Fifth Ave. the night before.

Jan. 3, 8:31 a.m. - A gas drive-off was reported at 101 Outpost at 522 E. Washington St.

Jan. 3, 4:39 p.m. - Someone reportedly started a fight with a fire official on the 600 block of North Sequim Avenue.

Jan. 3, 6:32 p.m. - A U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agent reportedly had a man at gunpoint on the 100 block of West Cedar Street.

Dec. 29, 10:31 p.m. - A vehicle hit and run was reported on the 600 block of East Silberhorn Road.

Dec. 30, 11:17 a.m. - Eight cats reportedly needed to be turned over to an animal control officer on the 3200 block of Old Olympic Highway.
